We received wonderful care from all our nurses during our visit giving birth to our first child, but Eliza made our experience exceptional. We felt that Eliza truly tailored her care to us as individuals to match our ever-changing needs. Her calming presence and exceptional knowledge made us feel more in control of our experience. My husband and I were both so impressed with how in tune we felt Eliza was with our needs. Eliza’s knowledge, coaching, and support made an extremely positive impact on our birth experience, and my husband and I could not be more thankful to have had her through our most difficult and most joyous moments.
