The manager of CVICU is such a help during difficult times and always goes above and beyond for us. She works beside us when needed whether it is day, night, or weekend and jumps in whenever we need help. We know this is not a part of her role but we appreciate her willingness to jump in! Sarah deserves absolute recognition for her role as a leader. She is respectful to us and has made such a meaningful difference to us as a unit. She instills hard work and confidence into the staff and is compassionate, demonstrating these behaviors for us to model. She is fair, consistent, and sets the example for us.
