Amber was a phenomenal nurse and caregiver for our son in the NICU. She made our nights with our newborn easy with her consistent excellence in care. She showed caring, compassion, and consideration consistently in our time with her. She also showed empathy in our challenging first few nights by sharing stories about her newborn son. She was very easy to communicate with, she listened to our requests, and was attentive to our needs. She is also very skilled as an RN, with great attention to detail by staying on top of feeding, meds, baby's cues, assessment, and alarms [she never let an alarm ring for more than a min]. She was a great teacher in showing us techniques to more effectively feed and bathe our son. After being in the NICU for 10 plus days, we can say few nurses 'do it all' at Amber's level.
