Nikki always goes out of her way for her patients and their families. She always greets patients and makes sure the patient understands and educates them about their health. Nikki stood by my side and helped me all the way through with my mother-in-law. She went out of her way every time C was brought in through the ER and outpatient surgery to reassure her that she was okay and safe. She was always there when I could not be by her side. Nikki without a doubt stepped up and made the time to fill in for me. She has been there not only for my mother-in-law's health concerns she's there for her mentally as well as being there for me. If it wasn't for her C would not have tried so hard to fight for a Healthier Life.

Nikki goes above and beyond not only for her co-workers but especially for her patients. One specific patient has had several near-death experiences with her declining health and Nikki has been there every step of the way to her recovery. The patient's family knew they could call Nikki no matter what time it was in the morning or evening. When the patient would be admitted Nikki made a point to go visit and check on the patient. The list goes on with several stories, she's just truly caring and loves her patients.
