Jaswinder has been with DaVita Acutes since August 2017. She began her time with DaVita as a full-time RN and has since taken on the role of Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and supporting Clinical Coordinator when needed. Jaswinder has always expressed an eagerness to learn and a willingness to help out when needed. She continuously exemplifies a positive attitude and works to uplift her teammates on a daily basis. Furthermore, Jaswinder takes pride in training her preceptees and ensures they have gained the skillsets needed to be a successful dialysis floor nurse. More importantly, Jaswinder truly cares about her patients and the care they receive. Jaswinder has been personally recognized by her patients and their families for her excellent customer service, education, and explanations. She truly goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable, heard, and understood.

Recently, a patient of Jaswinder’s took the time to fill out a hospital service excellence card for Jaswinder in which they described her as professional, informative, and detailed. The patient also wrote that Jaswinder explained everything she was doing and showed excellent service. This card was then turned into the hospital and Jaswinder was recognized by the hospital for her care excellence. Cards such as these truly demonstrate how much of an impact Jaswinder has on her patients regardless of the amount of time she may spend with them. Jaswinder embodies the values of a nurse, takes pride in her profession, and devotes herself to her patients and their families. Pacific Sol Region 4 is honored to have Jaswinder as part of our team.
