Stephanie has been such an asset to the 2 Telemetry team, as well as an important part of my transition into my leadership role this year. Prior to my arrival, Stephanie had to single-handedly manage the education of the staff on 2 Tele, and help them transition to a telemetry unit from a surgical unit. She has supported them in this transition and has made herself available to them any time they needed her. As a new manager to this unit, she has helped me get a handle on the progress of each of the nurses and has helped me educate our team on every initiative that has come our way. Stephanie has literally been the glue that holds this unit together. She has assisted me with interviews and has helped me devise orientation plans for all of my new hires. There has been nothing that I have thrown her way that she has not been able to accomplish. She is organized, friendly, approachable, and more importantly understands the goals of HMH and is always willing to step up to the plate when asked to do something. We are lucky to have her as our educator and a part of the 2 Tele team!
