From the start, Tan’ja established a professional and personal connection with me. She listened to my needs and concerns and relentlessly worked to address them. She followed up often and kept me informed on the progress of my needs. Tan’ja epitomized the attributes of nursing care to me. She expressed her knowledge and experience with confidence. When she didn’t have an immediate answer, she acknowledge it with humility and found the answer quickly. She exhibited care and understanding in providing care for me and demonstrated a love for her job and for those she cares for.

One challenge I faced was timely updates from the Doctors. Tan’ja was compassionate in hearing my concerns and worked to get updates from the Doctors and kept me informed. She is just a joyful person to work with and makes my stay as comfortable as she possibly could. Thank you Tan’ja for being the best nurse.
