Tabitha has faithfully followed a patient every few weeks for over a year, providing wound care and medication adherence management (she bought him a pill organizer and fill them up every visit), made sure he understood the plan every time before he left. As a result, his diabetes and blood pressure are controlled, and he’s stayed out of the hospital. She is a true patient advocate and insightful caregiver.

Tabitha recently helped me navigate through the myriad of requests from three different insurance companies to assure that my son didn’t go without any vital medical supplies or enteral nutrition. She takes care of patients' needs as efficiently and compassionately as possible. To me, that is the epitome of nursing.
