I would like to acknowledge the outstanding care and help Cassie Keenan gave my father-in-law. He lost his keys while in the VA Hospital. He was then transferred to your Williston Rehab facility. Cassie called me and said the keys were found. I explained that I lived in New York and wanted to know how I could get them to him at the rehab. She offered to bring them to him at the rehab on her day off. Not only did she drop them off at the center, but she offered to bring him food or supplies he might need. She is a wonderful person for going out of her way to help our family. My father-in-law was so happy to see her with the keys. It gave him such peace of mind. You are very fortunate to have Cassie as your employee. I wanted her to have recognition for being so helpful and making an 88-year-old veteran so very happy.
