Ashley is wonderful! She is our Charge Nurse and we are lucky to have her; she came from the San Rafael Emergency Room. She is a born leader. When she came to our department our MPS scores were low but with her help, and of course her staff, we are doing excellent. Ashley is always there for our members and our parents. She makes sure our parents know if they have any questions or concerns, she is there for them. She has helped one member in particular. The member was having a procedure that was quite painful for the member and she took her time with the member and started singing with them. They both have a tight bond, and of course with the parent too. She is always there for her staff, making us do our best. She is loved by her staff and Doctors but also by our members and their parents. She is what a DAISY Award is all about. Thank you.
