Amanda Hipley has not only been recognized by her peers as a leader, but her patients have also expressed so much gratitude for her professionalism, kindness, and caring demeanor. Amanda goes above and beyond every day she shows up to work. She helps the nurses on the floor tackle and cope with difficult staffing challenges or situations. She consistently rounds on the patients to ensure that excellent quality of care is being provided.

During employee rounds when asking the staff whom they would like to nominate or recognize almost every single one of her co-workers vocalized how much they admire and appreciate Amanda. During leadership rounds, she frequently receives accolades from both patients and their families for her communication and hard work. Amanda is a great nurse and charge nurse. She is always calm and reassuring. She was very caring and would call my doctor for anything I needed.
