Nicole Hoffman was my mother’s nurse in her final days at Glens Falls Hospital. We had so many questions about what we could expect towards the end and Nicole was very patient with us. Nicole’s top priority was making sure my mom was comfortable and free of pain. She came in often to check on mom, and always asked me and my sister if we needed anything. We shared stories and photos of mom before she was sick. We spent each and every day with my mom at the hospital and Nicole quickly became like part of our family. Nicole is kind, caring, and compassionate. She is a tremendous asset to Tower 3.
