I had been readmitted due to kidney stone complications. Lulu was the day shift nurse for 2 of the days I was there. She is very conscientious and thorough. Once I tried to place a meal order for jello/liquids, there was an unknown problem, but Lulu went out of their way to get me what I need when I needed it. She is quick to respond to the call button despite the very busy talk of working on that floor where it seemed every room was full. I am severely hearing impaired, and she made me feel understood all that was being asked of me. She is patient and caring. I greatly appreciate her help during my stay.
