My mom is 89 years old and severely hearing and visually impaired. She was in One Day Surgery on 2 occasions. Josefina remembered my mom during the second surgery. She took great pains to make sure my mom was informed about what was happening with her before and after surgery, and keeping her warm and comfortable.
