Our beloved X was in an accident at age 35. She is an only child, wife, and mother to two boys (ages 10 and 14). Maggie went above and beyond to help us when we were faced with the worst scenario. Our sweet girl was declared brain dead after a tragic accident. This nurse was made for nursing and her heart made it a better experience knowing we were going to lose her. This nurse made mementos for the family and boys. We made handprints, recordings, and printouts of her heartbeat, and she even coordinated getting a Build-a-Bear with her heartbeat for her boys. She gave hugs when they were needed and was so supportive.

I cannot say enough about this nurse and how she made us at peace. She listened to us and was honest about what was happening. She was empathetic through the entire experience and met the family’s needs. She helped us dote and care for our loved ones in her final hours. I believe she was made for nursing and her patients are blessed to have her.
