Michelle was extraordinary! She helped us through a challenging discharge situation. My mom lives at an assisted living facility and was not allowed back with her surgical drains after her mastectomy surgery. Michelle worked very hard communicating with my mom's facility, nurses, and arranged PT /OT, Home Health, and tried to see if she qualified for an SNF due to my mom's mobility issues after surgery. She worked very hard to ensure a safe discharge was in place for my mom. Michelle is a good communicator. She was always a text or phone call away for the entire six days my mom was in the hospital. Her help made us feel so good and we knew we were in good hands!

Last night was the annual observance of Jesus's death. This is the only event we celebrate and is the most important event of the year. She made sure we were able to be accommodated in her room to tie in over zoom to the special event. We are grateful for her care and the care we received from the entire staff! All of our nurses were wonderful! It is very obvious that Michelle truly cares for people and she has a big heart. Thank you.
