I arrived at the surgical unit not knowing if I needed surgery for bowel obstruction or not at 3:45 am. Upon arriving at Lauren’s shift, she introduced herself and was not only considerate but patient and consistent in every aspect. Lauren is an extremely personable, professional RN who leaves you with the feeling of not only being cared for but cared about. In all of my years and experiences with medical facilities (I’m an estate and probate professional so it’s extensive), she by far exceeded any other healthcare professional that I have encountered. When I see “I am Henry”, I will ALWAYS see her smiling face, patient demeanor, pleasing personality, and extreme professionalism. If anyone ever wants to experience who Henry is...let them be lucky and blessed enough to be Lauren's patient.
