While my Dad was in the ICU, Jeff was SO patient, kind and helpful. Even when my Dad wasn't lucid, Jeff would tell him everything he was doing and why. That was so kind and thoughtful. I know our family was trying to be helpful and supportive to my Dad, not knowing if he was going to make it, and Jeff checked on us and allowed us to care for our Dad. I really appreciated his patience when my Dad became more lucid, but became a little cranky and demanding. Jeff was willing to go above and beyond to assist in making my Dad as comfortable as possible. ICU is a scary place for the family and the patients, especially when they are in bad shape, so having a nurse like Jeff was amazing.
