It is rare in this world to find someone that quickly puts us both at ease, but Jeff did.
My wife and I went to the ED because my wife was feeling unwell with several different symptoms. I was a marine for 10.5 years and my wife was in the Army for 6 years. The service left me with several physical scars and some mental ones as well that resulted in me being a 100% P & T service-connected veteran. I usually have a hard time with people because I feel like most people aren’t good people anymore. My wife was left with several mental scars from her time in service and has battled depression, anxiety, and alcohol dependency. It is rare in this world to find someone that quickly puts us both at ease, but Jeff did. His bedside manner is exceptional, his ability to explain what is going on and make it understandable is exceptional, and most of all his medical knowledge is exceptional.

He was able to actually get through to my wife and make her want to stop drinking. Anyone with an alcoholic in their life knows what a tremendous moment that is. When you get them to want to stop for themselves, that’s when it works. Jeff, as well as my wife’s doctor, and the rest of the staff that was so kind and courteous have made such an impact on our lives that I feel it’s my duty to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I was in the ER and Jeff took extra good care of me. He’s awesome in so many ways. I’ve been battling back/neck problems for 27 years and no one took as good of care of me as Jeff did. This is why I come to Noyes.

I brought my son in, in the middle of the night in pain. Jeff was reassuring and affable and did wonders to calm both my son and his even more anxious dad. Thanks again, Jeff!
