Judy provides personal touches that patients need during such an anxious time.
My husband was a patient on the 3rd floor. Judy was awesome. She was very kind, considerate always asked if we needed anything. She is totally a great person while my husband was here at the hospital.

She was my nurse after my knee replacement. She took extra time with me to help my pain! She was always available to help me with whatever I needed! She stayed with me and my wife as well.

Judy taught our joint ranch class at Grace Surgical Hospital in Lubbock. The class was well worth the time spent. Judy covered every topic regarding my husband’s upcoming total knee replacement. She was prepared, and organized, and walked us through the whole process. She answered all our questions and provided us with paperwork and notes as well as her knowledge. This made our stay in the hospital and preparation prior to the surgery so much easier. She then came to visit us after his surgery just to make sure we were all OK. My husband did not get back to his room until around 7 pm and I believe that she had stayed a little late just to check on us. Judy is an amazing ambassador for your organization! We have another friend who will be having a knee replacement and have already highly recommended Judy and the joint camp!

My wife and I met Judy at joint camp a few weeks prior to my total knee replacement surgery. The class was invaluable to us with information about the process, leading up to the surgery, what to expect the day of surgery, supplies as well as answering all of our questions. She even gave us her phone number in which we could call if we had any questions after the class. When I got back to my room from recovery, she came in and it was nice to see a friendly face that we had only met once from the class. I truly felt that she genuinely cared about me and my surgery. Judy provides personal touches that patients need during such an anxious time. My wife and I were so impressed that the hospital had individuals who would intentionally take time to check up on us and to make sure we have everything we needed. She has a real asset to the hospital!

I had a hysterectomy, bladder suspension, and ovaries removed. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to make sure I have every need met and that I was comfortable during the short amount of time I was there. They answered every question and never made me feel as though I was dumb or annoying them. They made me feel like family!! I want to recognize them for the amazing care and work they do day in and day out because I know that their job is not easy, and they always came in with smiling faces.

I had back surgery at Grace and Judy is the first nurse I remember coming out of surgery. From that moment on Judy looked out for me. I believe Judy was raised to be a loving caregiver. Not only did she look after my needs when she was very busy but was a great support for my husband. Not only is she a top-notch nurse but also a true teammate. Judy was by my side encouraging me with every step. Judy is very professional in every sense of the word. Grace Surgical Hospital has a blessed nursing staff, as well as doctors and housekeepers.
