Ms. Donna began helping me on Monday when I called the nurse’s help desk. I had surgery the previous week and had a difficult time with my stent that I was supposed to self-remove. My urologist was out of the office through Thursday. Ms. Donna was very compassionate with my situation and could tell I was anxious about the situation. She worked to get me seen by another doctor for X-ray and removal. During this period, she was in communication with me to ensure I was taken care of. She called me back with updates and even came out to see me this morning at my appointment. This is exemplary care for patients. Her demeanor is very personal, and she made me feel like I was her #1 priority even though she was juggling many things.
