My husband was admitted to this facility for alcohol withdrawal/detoxing. He was doing well the first day we were admitted. The second day he had SEVERE hallucinations. Ashley stepped up to help him in a way that he was not responding to anyone else. She was able to keep him calm while still respecting him and treating him with the dignity he deserves. I’ve experienced some extreme situations in different hospitals previously so I was very apprehensive about how things would go here especially dealing with someone detoxing from alcohol. Your staff and Ashley have shown us such kindness and understanding that I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation that I have for each of the nurses, techs, PAs, and doctors. Ashley’s job is to manage the entire floor and nurses, and she went above and beyond when she noticed that he was only responding to her and she stayed with him until he finally was able to get to sleep. The next day she came in to check on him twice and she absolutely did not have to, it just showed how genuine she is and how much she cares for her patients. This facility is very blessed to have staff members like her, and even more so she is in a leadership role and passes these values to her employees. I will never think twice about coming to this facility because of her. Thank you again.
