When my dad's health took a significant turn for the worse and we were transferred to the step-down unit, Brandi took over his care. Her compassion, patience, and demonstrated expertise were outstanding. She was able to correctly determine the best course of care in an extremely challenging situation. Her actions and clinical decisions directly led to my dad making a complete turnaround in less than 24 hours. In addition to her clinical expertise and the excellent compassion and care that she demonstrated in her care to my dad, Brandi was also a fantastic resource and support for my entire family. She was patient and understanding in listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions. Along with all of those things, Brandi was also the perfect amount of humor to provide all of us with a much-needed smile. All nurses should be like Brandi.
