Faith started caring for our mom on Christmas night. Our mom was transferred to the floor a couple of days later and placed on a ventilator. Faith was again her nurse. Faith showed her and our family the most compassion during Mom’s stay in SICU. At the time of visiting hours, she immediately met us in the room to update us on changes since our last visit. If we had a concern, she immediately contacted the physician. When Faith was off for a couple of days, she made sure to go back through Mom’s chart to update herself on any changes while she had been gone. She gave Mom the best, most compassionate care and the gentlest touch. She made our family feel as if she truly cared about us and how we were handling everything. My mom eventually passed and I hate Faith was not with her. The entire staff did a great job. We truly believe everything possible was done to save Mom’s life and give her the best possible outcome.
