Nurse Micaela, assisting Dr. P with neurology, has gone above and beyond in providing excellent care. I was having difficulty receiving my MS medication due to some hiccup with my insurance.

She listened to my entire problem and not only addressed the hurdles to get my medication, but she also addressed me as a person and has gone out of her way to follow up and keep me in the loop on steps taken to help resolve the matter.

I feel like she listened to my actual problem and addressed the whole of it while maintaining compassion that actually left me weeping because it meant so much to have someone so thoroughly dedicated to my situation.

I really can't thank her enough for the proactive and compassionate care she provided me while I was struggling. It honestly helped me feel seen, heard, and valued in a way that has left a pretty potent impact.
