Bindu is the epitome of what nurses should be all about! Her knowledge and expertise were a constant comfort to my mom while she was a patient. She was caring, and professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. She was fantastic and recognized the importance of care, understanding, and patience needed to care for a 99-year-old patient and the patient’s stressed daughter. She was always on time with her medications and each time they demonstrated care and respect throughout the stay to my mom. In essence, Bindu provided optimal patient and caregiver services that had a positive impact on both of us.
