Robin has been with Sauk Prairie Healthcare since 1997 and has worked through many changes during that time. Robin is best known for her 'can do' attitude and has worked through many situations, always keeping patient care as her guiding light. She has a unique ability to see every situation through the patient’s perspective and tailors the care provided to help meet their needs. Robin has expounded on these qualities in the supervisor role. She is able to help patients, staff, and providers look for alternatives or make suggestions to accommodate patient needs. Her expertise isn’t limited to the department she is working in; she has been instrumental in successfully navigating many projects that have required other departments’ influence. Robin is able to lead her team with a sense of calm when some would consider chaos and also celebrates extraordinary care with her team. The overlying theme is that Robin’s focus has always been on what is best for the patient.
