My mom who is 70 was rushed by ambulance. She has no known illness or was not sick. We found my mom in respiratory distress. Jessica was one of the first nurses that we met. Immediately she was connected with us and was kind to explain all what to expect since my mom was on a vent and starting coughing, that was a bit uncomfortable to watch. She explained it was a good thing she was, but it will be difficult to watch, but educating us and my kids; they are 16 and 17 and she had them at ease and at peace.

She was always talking to my mom and had my mom's kind of music playing when we came back to the hospital room from resting! I was so happy, and I love that simple gesture. She said she takes the year her patients are born and adds 20 years. That and her bedside manner are just amazing and genuine.
