A while ago Miss Chris and another nurse did an excellent group. Two times I was here they did the group. This was at least two years ago and I haven't seen them since. Yesterday at bedtime I saw Miss Chris and was so excited because last time she asked me to write a gratitude list of ten things and I complained. So she said, "Alright make it thirty." I told her this last night and when she asked, "Well how many can you make now?" I said three pages full. Certain things stick when you are in therapy. Two things most of all, one therapist asked me if I was Superman because I thought I should be able to help everyone, and two, what Miss Chris said. She wasn't even my nurse and took 15 minutes to let me rant and in the process gave me coping skills today as well. (I can only control myself.)
