Maiko has a sense of urgency even if you're just asking assistance to stand and go to the bathroom. And in our 9 months of going in and out of this hospital for treatment, this I think is the earliest time that we were discharged as he made sure to coordinate everything early. He is very courteous and goes the extra mile in assisting us.

Maiko is assigned to me today. He is nice when attending to my needs and shows patience while teaching my companions how to clean the drain. His instructions are clear and answers their inquiries politely. He’s not simply doing his routine but also informing us what he is doing.
