Jill was absolutely unequivocally the best RN I’ve ever encountered in the 30+ years in the industry. She has a perfect bedside manner- when my wife was induced and hysterical, she effectively and adequately explained every single aspect and calmed my wife down every single moment. She’s incredibly selfless and empathetic towards everyone she interacts with. It’s because of nurses like her that make the experience magical. I wish there were more nurses like her in the field. Thanks to her our first childbirth was something I could never ever explain in words or express my gratitude.
