Keren was our nighttime nurse here at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She was so sweet, warm, and welcoming when we first met her. Right away I knew we were in GREAT hands. She was always checking up on me because I had my first c-section. She was knowledgeable and informative. She answered all questions, and always demonstrated things to me before letting me try on my own. She always came to my room in a quick manner when I needed her and never made me feel as if I was dumb or incompetent. She always reassured me that my questions are common and that I "got this, mama!" She was not only my nurse but my teacher and cheerleader. I highly recommend her for this award.
