My grandfather was under Kim's care for multiple days, and he wasn’t always the best or easiest patient to care for. He was nonverbal and disoriented most of the time and Kim took excellent care of him, even when he wanted no part of it and refused to cooperate. He was spitting pills and food back at her, but she just smiled and carried on like nothing happened. Kim stopped in multiple times, answered every question we had, and did everything she could to help both my grandfather and our family. She showed how much she cared every time we saw her and knowing she was watching over Grandpa helped relieve some of the stress we were all dealing with.
