She was thoughtful, compassionate, and kind which I needed in my time of struggle and uncertainness.
I never in my wildest dreams expected to be taken care of like I was by Jennifer. She went above and beyond to care for me and my mother. She always took the time to answer our questions and remembered special things about us like foods we enjoyed, pets, hobbies, etc. She made us feel like we were her own personal family and that is hard to come by anyway you go these days. Jennifer has a heart of gold and consistently was sweet every time we had her as our nurse especially since we know it was busy. I would hardly push the nurse button, and she was Johnny on the spot. Thanks for all you do.

First thing first, LOVE HER for becoming a nurse so that I could be taken care of by her!! My wife and family wanted to take her home as she was so inspiring. I did not realize that you could ever feel like you had a family while going through a crisis in the hospital. She could teach how to make you feel special through simple ways like sitting down to explain a procedure in just a few minutes. Jennifer never sugar-coated anything and just told it how it is. You are amazing and we will never forget you. May others have the privilege of YOU caring for them.

Jennifer really made me feel comfortable during my time in the burn unit at MVH. I went through the most trying and scariest thing I have ever had to experience in my life and could not have gotten through it without her. I had 3 surgeries in a matter of 10 days and Jennifer made me feel confident that everything would be okay. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable being on bed rest. She did not pass any judgment that even though I was a guy, it was okay to be terrified and express my fears. Jennifer did not realize that doing the little things like fluffing my pillows, finding a phone charger for me, to getting me gray socks versus yellow, and the list goes on. She never failed to check with me if I was good before she went home at the end of her shift. She was thoughtful, compassionate, and kind which I needed in my time of struggle and uncertainness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
