She was always very caring, patient, and understanding. She always has a very heartfelt and positive attitude towards me. She was always very professional, but also very down-to-earth and friendly. Her caring attitude made me very comfortable to be with her. The comfort level of care was extraordinary, she was calm any time I was alarmed about my medical condition. She conducts herself with professional dignity and respect. She was willing to learn all the wound care and ostomy care and listened to me, the patient, for wound care and ostomy care. Taking pride in her position with confidence. She cares about the people, giving the patient respect and honoring their rights to the best patient care possible.
