Shelby is an amazing caregiver. She was attentive, prompt with my requests, personable and always made my day a little brighter! I easily related to Shelby and loved having her as my nurse.

Shelby's patients consistently and constantly give feedback about how attentive she is, the wonderful care she gives and for her sweet demeanor. She has been acknowledged many, many, many times during leadership rounds for these things and was recently acknowledged in a Press Ganey Survey saying that she was the best nurse ever. On top of that she has been assisting with precepting new grads and capstone students, and over and over the comments are about what a great teacher she is, how well she explains things. She also gives thorough and fair feedback on her preceptees so that they can get the training that they need. She is a major asset to 2 West and PVMC as a whole.
