Bliss has taken care of me for several years. She always remembers the things I tell her. She is always prepared to take care of me without reminders or anything. She knows I get cold easily and gets me blankets and tucks them in around me. She gets all my lab work, platelets, and albumin going as quickly to ensure my stay at the hospital is as short as possible, as she knows how the bed makes my back hurt.

Bliss can easily hit my veins every time and has even come to other parts of the hospital to do a blood draw just for me. She is very caring, dedicated, and compassionate. She is one of the reasons I continue coming here for my care. Bliss embodies the values of being a Christian-based hospital. She adds value because of the care she gives. Bliss thinks fast and accurately, so much so that she saved my life the last time I was there. She made sure my family members understood and were taken care of. Bliss not only provides wonderful service but displays an overall positive and caring attitude.

I had a couple of procedures and Bliss gave us outstanding attention and care throughout both. She was meticulous in timing every aspect of my treatment. When my husband expressed a desire for something to eat, she brought him a turkey sandwich snack tray. When it was time for me to eat, she immediately brought a hot lunch. It seems that we had a million questions that Bliss politely, completely, and professionally answered.

Most amazing of all was that we were back for a re-do of the procedure two days later, and were not in one of her rooms but unannounced, she found us and visited us in the room. Bliss is an outstanding credit to the nursing profession. It is a privilege to have known her and received her excellent service.
