My son entered Betsy Johnson Emergency Department on Sunday, March 26th at approximately 9 p.m. Taylor was our triage nurse, and she looked at my son and went immediately to the charge nurse to tell her something was seriously wrong with him.

Upon a CT scan, his appendix had ruptured and he needed emergency surgery at another hospital. Taylor came and found him vomiting and in distress. She immediately found the doctor and got his nausea pan and antibiotics.

She was not even his assigned nurse but she jumped right in to help him and stayed with us until he was transported at 4 a.m. on Monday for surgery. Taylor is one of the kindest, most generous nurses.
