Athena went beyond and above the expected job description. She loves her job. She was happy with her patients. I was so pleased with the care, compassionate, great connection with my mom. Athena even learned some words in her language to make my mom feel comfortable! She helped my mom getting her MRI done, given the fact that mom was refusing the test in the past. Athena dealt with family members in a respectful and positive way; understanding their concerns and trying to help. You need more nurses like Athena. I believe she should be promoted to be in a higher position because that will make a difference for Henry Ford Health. She made my experience easier. Wishing the best for you in your life.
