I was brought in by ambulance to the emergency room at Banner Hospital in Tucson, Arizona, with a partially obstructed bowel. I was in intense pain in my abdomen. Shortly after arriving, my pain was intensified by a migraine. I am a chronic migraine sufferer. With all of the loud noises and beeping in the emergency room, my pain was excruciating from both my migraine and my abdomen. I was transferred into a private room in the emergency room and started to be treated by Kristi Agin. She turned off the lights, closed the curtain, and got me ice packs- anything she could do to help minimize the pain from my migraine and abdomen. When many others seemed too busy to give their patients a lot of individual attention, she made the time to help me. Although she was extremely busy, I never felt like I was bothering Kristie. She helped me in so many ways. She did all of this with a very pleasant and happy demeanor.
