Hello there. My name is J, and I was a patient under Destenee's care for an evening in May 2023. I spent the night in the hospital after a shoulder replacement. I would like to take the opportunity to let you know how much I appreciated my interactions with Destenee. She went above and beyond what is usually called for, to be sure I was comfortable and totally taken care of during my stay. She would pop in often, and I found her to be very capable and social. I realize that when I say that she had a good sense of humor and that we had a few good laughs while I was there, I so appreciated that. Anyway, things like that do matter to me! And above that, she was extremely knowledgeable about my health care. She was bright, intelligent, attentive, social, and a total delight to work with. I can only hope that if I ever have to come to that hospital again, that I would run into her. BCH has a total keeper with this professional. I just had to write to let you know my thoughts.
