Ben was absolutely amazing during my mother’s weeklong stay at the Banner Heart Hospital CVICU. He was caring toward my mother and my family, always giving us a supportive hand. Ben would play and sing music to my mother during the night, leave my family notes for us to read in the morning, and always take the time to check on us to see how we were all doing.

Everyone needs a Ben in their life! Whether it is as a nurse or as a friend, Ben made a difficult time much easier for both my mom and our family. We looked forward to him being on shift when she was there. My mom was able to sleep much better at night, knowing that Ben was there. Ben would always pick up his phone and take our call, no matter what time it was, to tell my mom and me what was going on.
