Our 84-year-old mother was in the hospital for 4 days. She was hospitalized for low blood sugar. Carmen was her nurse for all 4 days. Carmen was very patient whenever Mom needed something and she got it right away. She made herself available at all times. She was very concerned and always repeated to Mom to call her for assistance to go to the bathroom or to get off the bed. Carmen was always very friendly. She was very patient and hard-working. We thought she worked 24 hours because she was always there. She made our mom feel so comfortable that it made her stay at the hospital not stressful and less anxious. Carmen ensured to repeat any instructions to make sure we understood. Carmen is an EXEMPLARY, EXTRAORDINARY, and GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND NURSE. SHE WAS THE BEST NURSE MOM EVER HAD. THANK YOU, CARMEN!
