In our unit, we’ve had a baby for a while. Over time, less and less staff have been giving him love and positive attention. Bryce had this patient tonight, and I saw her not only clean the room and make it spotless but she also gave the patient such a good bath that he was left smiling! I walked past the room while Bryce was combing his hair. Bryce always goes above and beyond and truly treats these babies with so much love, care, and respect. Not only that, she is also very kind to all staff members on the unit and always lends a helping hand when she is able.
