To my father, she was very comforting and personable. Even though he was heavily medicated during the majority of her care, he still remembers her and has mentioned how grateful he is for her.
Sydney helped my father with stroke recovery. She has fantastic attention to detail, was attentive to both the patient's needs and our family's, was intuitive, transparent with all details of recovery, and explained medical competencies extremely well. When she did not know an answer, she ALWAYS quickly found an answer from another member of the health care team and informed us very quickly with the information. As a family member to the patient, it is often that our opinions, thoughts, or feelings are deemed as unimportant to the patient's care, but Sydney truly listened to us and validated what we had to say, which is valuable because we see more of the patient throughout the recovery process than anyone else.

To my father, she was very comforting and personable. Even though he was heavily medicated during the majority of her care, he still remembers her and has mentioned how grateful he is for her. On her day off, she came to drop something off for another project, but still came and checked on him because wanted to make sure he was doing okay. This act was extremely touching and showed that she cared for her patients and loved being a nurse and helping people in need.

She's a fantastic nurse, and I attribute a huge portion of my father's recovery to her care. It's hard to be 100% comfortable with putting your faith in someone regarding their life, but with Sydney, I would trust her with my own care and all of my loved ones.
