Macy went over and beyond for her patient. She understood my needs before I knew them. She helped me cope with everything I was going through. She showed compassion, professionalism, dedication, and so much more. She took her time explaining everything I was going through to me. She listens to her patients and is a kind soul. I have been through so much in the past five years. She made me feel safe and validated. All the staff on the third floor were amazing and very attentive to my worries and needs. I was very blessed to have each and every one of them take care of me.

Macy was so good at putting Dad at ease, explaining what was happening and what was needed. She was so respectful and caring to him and us. She was efficient and worked well with the other caregivers. She was always available to us. Macy was so professional and truly a smart nurse. I cannot get over how well she works that floor of patients. CRMC, you are fortunate to have Macy, who is almost an RN! Please celebrate her great work for CRMC. We are forever grateful and will not forget her.
