I was terrified and didn’t know if I was going to live or die.  I was uncomfortable and didn’t know what to expect.  

In walks Tina. My first impression was “Oh, no”, tough and by the book without compassion.  Boy, was I wrong!

She has this quiet gentleness about her that exudes caring and compassion! She made me feel safe and that she cared about my fears, my condition, and understood my needs.

The things I saw and experienced were beyond the call of duty.

•    She was extremely efficient at her job. Never missed a beat!
•    When she said she would be back to do something. She was true to her word.
•    I noticed her patiently helping and teaching others.
•    She is very mild-mannered and nice to all.
•    Very professional and knowledgeable in her field.
•    Tina shared patience with me and others.
•    She would listen to my every issue and then either explain or resolve the issue. 
•    She has a beautiful smile that makes you feel at ease.
•    You can feel that she loves her job and is happy helping others.
•    Tina is the epitome of an exemplary nurse.
