My mother was a patient at Oneida Health on 2 separate occasions over a period of 5 weeks. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with cancer during her first visit and endured significant pain from a chest tube. Bri was amazing and went above and beyond to be sure Mom was comfortable and taken care of. She made a sign for the wall to let people know she had hearing aids because when they were on the charger, she was unable to participate in her own care.

I did my best to be at the hospital as often as possible but was limited by visiting hours. Bri made sure to call me to let me know how Mom was doing with pain management, eating, etc. She made sure to call me at night to let me know that her hearing aids were on the charger and how much she had for dinner. She made sure that a worried daughter felt a little better knowing her mother was being well cared for. Unfortunately, my mother passed away, but I wanted to recognize Bri for her outstanding care at Oneida Health. You are very lucky to have such a compassionate nurse on your staff. While it was an extremely difficult time for us, she did everything she could to help lessen the pain and worry. I can't thank her enough for what she did and want her to know how much it meant to me.
