The effort in providing us with all the help and information needed and wanted was second to none. From the onset, Sherri came in with a lively personality and warming energy that reassured us as new parents. She went above and beyond her scope of responsibility to make sure our questions, concerns, and curiosities were answered.

Sherri detected our concern about being released from the hospital that day post-circumcision and took it upon herself to find the pediatrician to speak to on our behalf to advise him that it would be best to not discharge our baby and to at least wait a day after the circumcision procedure to monitor the baby. This proved to be for the best due to the baby procedure having problems afterwards where some more medical applications were needed the following morning. That was just one of the many things Sherri has helped us with that made our experience wonderful.
