There was no one specific situation, it was the whole time my husband was in the hospital. My husband was transferred here from the hospital in the OBX. Hanna was his nurse 3 of the 4 days he was hospitalized. Each day she came into his room with a smile and was willing to help him with anything.

My husband is a jokester, she laughed at his comments and also had some good comebacks for him. He also has anxiety and gets restless, but she would work with him to ease his situation. We are in a new place. Hanna helped guide me to a motel/hotel to stay during my husband’s hospital stay. She gave me directions to different places and recommended places to eat. Hanna was always prompt to give him his medicines and helped keep the mood light no matter what he asked for. His IV machine kept going off quite a bit but it was not a problem for her to come to check on it and always came when he pushed the nurse light.

Overall she was very personable and it didn’t seem like it was a “job” for her. It was nice to have the friendliness and professionalism all in one. Especially since we were like fish out of water.
